TimeDays fly by like seeds in the wind We try harder with each breath To find ourselves But being so disconnected We fall Into Depression I always wanted more But in not finding it I gave up childhood dreams In hopes of protecting myself From the world's cruelty Only to lose myself Behind walls of masks No more real Than wax sculptures Of ideas that have been And might be In a different world Where possibilities Become probabilities And we aren't afraid Of ourselves Not letting days pass by Without measurTime
